well was coming home from my mates house after colage (left my phone there at lunch) coming down the road up to a roundabout start to break and crunchcrucrunch im sliding allong the floor with the CB on top of me Confused dont realy know what happened the fornt wheel jsut went from under me and down i went.

I do seem to have a allot of green/brown stuff on me and there is a farm enterance by the roundabout, looking at it i think the farmer had the muck spredder out and has sprayed crap on the road thus me going down, dont think i can realy blame that though was my fault in the end i was riding the bike.

Damage to bike: not bad realy Smile bent indicator, footrest bent a bit, few scratches on mudguard, scrached cluch leaver.

Damage to me: supprisingly im better off than previous off's cut my ancle when the bike was on me, small graze jst below my knee (jeans are good) bruised upper leg, body is all fine thanks to jacket that also didnt come off too bad.

Damage to geer: need new gloves, helmet is fine didnt touch the floor, jacket a bit scuffed but ok Smile

Damage to pride: large indentation, and the girlfriend aint too happy with me riding anymore Crying or Very sad

if you can prove there was crap on the road from the farmer i bet you could do something about it, not to sure tho.

look on the bright side at least you would have entertained the drivers behind you doing a superman down the road Very Happy

mate you need to let your insurance company see them pics and try and find out who the local farmer is ....

..if the road has been left in that state then someone has to be liable...no wonder the front went .

[p.s. make sure you dont send the original photo's away Wink]

good luck

Wow that road is in a hell of a state! Don't blame yourself too much for coming off on that shite.

Even if you are not claiming, I would let the local council/police know! This is a real hazard and you were licky you didn't hit someone coming the other way! Mind you, you could have a no win no fee claim coming on Wink
