ok i wanna move up to a bigger bike, but i don't have that much experience from my scooter so want to learn so i don't damage my bike or my self. are there any that i could do on my cbt. cheers

you can only do your CBT on a maximum of a 125 (i think!)
when you say bigger how much bigger are you talking about?

125. basically want someting better than a cbt but doesn't require a failure that stops me riding my bike. just something that teaches better bike handling skills

Take some lessons then you're A2 test!

If you fail, you can still carry on riding your 125.

125s are way overpriced for what they are. Even a middle aged CG125 will cost £500, plus £2-300 for insurance (depending on age and garaging). All you get for that is a tiny bike with a bendy frame, rattley suspension and the stopping distances of a supertanker. 100 mpg is nice, but the engines certainly are not infallible if you thrash them hard enough, as I now know.

£400 or less to get the test done will be worth it just to get shot of the L's.
