My bike has fallen off the starnd twice now

It is not even windy, and the bike is on a flat surface but it seems to keep falling over. The bike is not even at that big an angle.

Does any body have any idea how i can sort this out

It must have too shallow a lean angle, or not enough travel on the sidestand mate. Can you take a picture of it on the stand so we can see?

look on his bikepics page and you can see it.

It is possible to grind the stops a bit on the sidestand which will let it move further forward thus leaning the bike more into a stable position. get a closeup of the stand.

If you look at the stand in the picture, part of it is lifted off the ground. It looks as if it has too shallow an arc off the bike, therefore ending too far under the bike. It also looks as if it has too much travel and is going to far towards the front of the bike.

Have you been sitting on it on the stand? Or has the stand been knocked about by accident?

to me, that has been bent some how, try and bent it outwards, igving a greater lean angle, not too much mind.

Leave the bike in gear...engine will stop it rolling off the kickstand

The stand on the rx50 is shit to say the least.

Its a spring back one, and you have to get it perfect for the bike to stand properly.

While the bike is on the stand it wobbles about, just by touching it.

The only way i can see in fixing it is by stopping the sping that returns the stand.

this has also happened on my little dirt bike, the stand used to work fine but now it just pushes it over?!
