if i buy some restiction washers of ebay for my nc30 and get a garage to fit em would they give me a certificate to prove its restricted ?

Chances are they won't, they will give you an invoice/receipt to say that they've fitted the 33bhp restrictors. If you need definative proof, go and get the bike dyno tested afterwards, that'll give you the proof that the police will need to see.

Well you could always make your own one in Word and ask them to sign it, it'd have just as much legal meaning as any other restriction certificate. Smile
