TZR chain guard, do I need it, where to get it?

Do i need it to pass the mot?

Is it fitted as a one piece set that is included with the rear mudguard?

Is it cheap?

Anybody know of a good place i can get it from? (breakers I'm guessing, but one more than others?)

yeah your going to need a chain gaurd for an mot mate

I'd get one whether you need it for an MOT or not mate. I rode without one for about a week, chain lube flings all over your tyre which is dodgy in the dry and lethal in the wet.

You do need one for an MOT, and I think I've got a spare XJ600 one, which I think is the same. Or at least it's very similar to my TZR250 one if not the same.
