Hi,

Speedo stopped working this morning on way to work Crying or Very sad

Anyway got to work (1/4 mile later).

Speedo cable has come out, (its in at the wheel end.)
So the cable has been on the road for a 1/4 of a mile.
(it looks in a good condition though)

Now where does the cable go at the other end, I know it might sound silly, but i've not realy paid any attention before and just can't see.

Not sure about that bike exactly but try underneath the bottom of one of your front forks. There should be a hole for it there.

Hi, Found it it was the top end that had fallen out (ie of the clocks).

Couldn't find the hole, but a mate found it.

Sounds rather rude..

Now learn from that mistake and nip up the collar nut with some pliers or something.

If you just do them finger tight they come off again, which I learned the hard way.
