Picked up on Thursday, fucked up on Friday, couldn't be arsed Saturday and fixed it on Sunday (dead battery).

Have only managed to do a couple of hundred miles so far as these bastard exams keep getting in the way, but in a little under a week I'll be free to go play properly (and get some less crap pictures). Very Happy

You lucky b*stard! Looks bloody gorgeous mate. I'm looking into getting one as my next bike also, although the prices are quite high at the minute. They don't come cheap. How much was that beaut? Oh and if you don't mind me asking, how much is your insurance?

£1800 for bike (needed battery and tax, so call it £1900... and it needs a bit of a fix for the front right brake disc, so call it £1930ish) and £512 for tpft insurance. I rang around. Thumbs Up

Tbh 33bhp just seems stupid. I am going to put some washers in and get it dyno'd but I can't see them staying. It's hardly crazy fast without them. (Although there's plenty of power there for me having moved up from an rs125 Laughing)

Thats what I intend to do when I upgrade. Pretty good if you ask me. Cool

Like it's even possible to get insurance as cheap as you. You're just some weird anomaly in the system, like when stars all line up or something. Bastard Razz

Think I'm probably still on for the GP with any luck. After doing a few hours of motorway riding I was a bit worried about my helmet being a pain on the motorway for longer distances but I nipped out earlier with zxr400er and realised that the slideyoutyplasticthingy in the chin of the helmet makes a big difference. Thumbs Up

Cheers for the positive comments guys. Very Happy

Hmm not sure about that. Will be doing trackdays for sure, just don't know whether I'll be able to afford it or if I fancy doing one yet. Might come along and watch you lot bin your bikes though, if anyone else is riding over from down here. Wink
