I have 2 copies of Windows XP with SP 2 for Dell PC's if anyone wants them. No cd-key or product activation required either.

and how does it not require a cd key??

if its made for release with dell machines, then its an OEM copy and would still require a key (which can be found on the COA).

It's Pro and does not require a key.

You will need a cd-key if you run sysprep to use for multiple stations or use RISREP etc.
