help need quick|!!!!!!!

me powervalve is all fitted and connected up, but it isnt working / moving at all and the biek is still restricted to 8,000rpm like its fuly restricted.
any ideas?

ive also taken off the rear panel (the pillion seat one) and ive noticed there is a white plug thing that obviously shud plug into something, but theres nothjing for it to plug into.

oh the bikes an rs125!!!!!!

Have you got a RAVE valve controller? Is the cable adjusted correctly? Does the solenoid click through 3k-4k rpm?
