I was quite chuffed when I had a go on a mates RG125. I had only been on a restricted 50 before hand. Made me buy one straight after having a go on it. Thats how much I liked it.

Hehe!

It was hard getting used to though, I felt really stupid cos my mate's got some experience with bikes, and I've only just done my CBT, but I did the CBT on an enduro so I was used to being sat up, and I had trouble keeping my balance on the RS.

Still managed to do a U turn on it though so I'm happy! Smile Gave it a fistful as well and managed to scare myself a bit! Gotta learn to use the front brake more as I'm tending to just use the back which is really dangerous! Smile

If you did your CBT on a bike with a high riding position, take some time to get adjusted because believe me its very different riding position wise!

Excellent man. I remeber all those years ago when I first upgraded my fizzy for a CB 100 (no where near the RG125) and It seemed like a whole new world.

The last few months have been the same learning curve - 31 now just passed my 'big' licence at chrimbo and went from my 'training' bike (a honda super four) - to an R6 - which was another big buzz.

I ride a CBR125, had a blast on a friends RS125SP and had a whole lot of fun. I'm in the same boat cash wise for a new bike as I'm currently seeking employment but folks have commited to paying my DAS in September for my 21st.

My family hate me on two wheels, but will pay for a car for me! (Bugger that Sad).

I'm 21 on Wednesday, which is why I'm using a bigger bike in my lesson on Sat!
