Theory test, anything to catch me out?

I've just booked my theory for a couple of weeks' time, I have the question and answer book and I've been flicking through the highway code, is there anything extra I should be doing?

My brother's got the hazard perception cdrom for the car test (poor fool), but I've heard ours is different. What're the differences and would it be worth getting one for the bike HP?

Memorise your stopping distances, that always caught me out on the test. As far as I'm aware the hazard perception test is the same for cars and bikes, although I only took it for my bike test. The multiple choice section is common sense really.

If you look at the DSA website www.dsa.gov.uk , there are a set of practice exams on there, give them a try.

Nope, it's the same, I've done both.

The theory questions could be different as after all it is a motorcycle theory, so just read up on those in the highway code.

But the hazard perception is the same.

I did mine about a fortnight ago.

The questions are very straightforward, if you've got the question book and do a bit of revising, you'll be fine.

The bike HP test is exactly the same as the car one. That was the bit that worried me, but I had bought the CDrom as well, so that helped.

Just think common sense really. If you dont know the answer to a question try and eliminate all the other answers until your left with the one thats most likey to be correct.
