Well im making new cans for my bike at the moment becuase the insides of the old ones corroded away and fell down the pipes.

Now the thing is, i need all of the crap out of the downpipes, at the bottom where they are straight i think there is like a baffle in the pipe, so i cant stick things down there.

I have used caustic soda to remove the stuff, and quite a bit came out, but i think there is still quite a bit left in there.
I ran out of soda, so should i buy some more, or is there something better i could use like maybe paint stripper??

one of my mates many moons ago used to use petrol, if that did'nt work he'd set fire to it and burn the crap out,

he swore it worked, never tried it myself

Best of luck

may sound stupid but me neighbour uses mr mustle oven cleaner, the foam in a can stuff, he sprays it down the exhaust pipes then after a few mins washes it out with a hosepipe. Surprinsingly it does work

Try using compressed air, or maybe hoovering the bits out. If all else fails, put your mouth up to the pipe and blow Laughing

Take it for a good ride with no can on so all the shit blows out. or just take the downpipes off and shake em.
