A great day for biking

today has to have been one of the best days i've had on my bike! the reason!

1) feeling pretty bored at work, find out i have do a night time survey , hold on, the gear will fit in my tank bag! i can ride to do it! plus get paid 40p a mile!

2) get there do one survey start riding around really bored, meet another biker ask if he knows of any good roads. he suggests the "burnham bends". unbelieveable piece of road! 90 degree left to right to left etc etc bends. got to follow a duke all the way there, stayed with him though the corners but lost him on acceleration all the time. great fun though!

3) got my right knee down for the first time not on a roundabout

4) got my left knee down in a car park though more bordom!

5) made it from southend to brigthon in 1 hr 15 mins

6) day off tommorow!

lucky you. i'm just stuck in an office on a telephone all day!
my highllight is just watching nice bikes go past the bus everyday. (speaking of which, a lurvely new S2R went past today!)

I also had a good day yesterday. Took the afternoon off and had a blast down the A272. Also got my knee down on the road (excluding roundabouts) for the first time since France last year too
