What's the point in having a 400 before you pass your test?

Hi

Personlly I would say wait until you have passed your test. Except for the odd down pour now is the best time of year to be riding, so not a great time to be without a bike.

Get you test sorted out (with the experience you already have you should be OK with just a few lessons to get you out of any bad habits you have got into) and then see.

All the best

Keith

I always seem to buy bikes before I can legally ride them. I have two 125's sat that I can't ride yet, I bought a 50 well before I could ride it, and now I'm looking for a 500, even though I would not be riding it til late this year. I think its just the joy of having a big bike sat outside. The downside is that is can get quite depressing at the thought of not riding it for a while. I feel this when I look at my 125's.

I see your point, if he's got another bike to ride while he's waiting to pass the test then why not.
