It's from Penrhyn Quarry (Wales) the picture doesn't really capture the scale of the place but it was great, some really nice old quarry roads/caves up there! DT was well at home not sure if it was legal though

It's taken looking down from the high points at the southern end. Peel off the cycle track and zig zag up the spoil tip.

I've just spent three years at Bangor uni, so i've spent plenty of time walking and cycling in the area.

That's great! I live in Bangor I love riding up there and in the ogwen valley, loads of nice roads/trails!

PS - did u notice a Green Derbi Senda going around Bangor? that was me, was such a loud bike!

If it was a new style Senda with a thrower exhaust badly in need of a repack, then yes, i saw you cruzing up past the castle with your other 'ped friend. Bangor is so small you can hear bikes the other side of the city.

There's at least two other dt's up there, one SM.
