I've got them for my Arai, but only a clear one. They work better than FogCity as they aren't affected by the wet weather as much (my old Shark lid used to leak and water running on the inside of the visor ruined the FogCity's adhesive seal). My friend has got a dark insert on his Shoei, he seems quite happy with it, but doesn't look as dark as a pukka dark visor (looks about 50% tint) - so I ended up buying a seperate dark visor for sunny weather riding. I have'nt seen a mirrored version advertised, check out www.thevisorshop.co.uk for further details.

I have pinlock fitted on my new Shoei, and find it extremely useful. The inserts can be bought probably from where you got the helmet from (they might not sell the dark tinted one, not legal), else the usual online shops will do the trick (racevisors, thevisorshop etc.). I find the clear one to be great at reducing the condensation from the rain, or my breath. So much so that when I put my tinted visor on (no pinlock), I was actually shocked at the fact that my breath clouded it up.... The clear pinlock is genius....

I also have a dark tinted pinlock insert, but to be honest, I'm not so much of a fan. It does the same job as of a pair of cheap sunglasses, but does leave a small "frame" round the edge of the visor where sun gets in. I may just be spoilt by having a tinted visor, but I can see much clearer thorugh it, and there's nowhere for bright sunlight to creep in around the sides. I bought the tinted insert just to see what it was like, but would reccomend a tinted visor if you can get one. You will notice a massive difference. Like I said, cheap sunglasses..... Cool

On a further pinlock note.... Has anyone fitted the things to the visor themselves? I bought a "DIY" kit, that was essentially just a drill bit, but am worried about drilling my tinted visor to fit the clear insert. Anyone drilled holes in a tinted visor before? I have this scary image of the whole thing cracking and shattering.....

Use a clear one with the Nolan helmet and had no problems Thumbs Up
I'd recommend this system. Thumbs Up

I did try and stick one of the mirrored foil thing inserts to the pinlock visor (had it lying around and needed triming to fit anyhow). IMO it looked a little silly as wasn't the whole visor.
