What are your thoughts on dinky indys ?? |
They add character to a bike, and are no problem in my eyes..if people can't see them..they should get glasses !! |

What do you all think of dinky indicators ?
My new bike has them..and being girly I like them. They are neat, trim, pinky/purple in colour They do though, seem very tiny.
I can see that, although they have all of their fashion loveliness, they are not the most visible of things.
I can see myself getting bigger ones..maybe just for peace of mind ?!
Anyone with experience of them in everyday use ? Have problems with them ?

I put small ones on my bike opposed to the great big wings Honda see fit to attach.
I know people have problems spotting them, though this is due to teh fact I dont use them. ____________________ The BCF's very own Party boy! Though he's getting old and feeling it!

In a perfect world they would be great, unfortunately there so many knuckle draging simpletons on the road they (imo) are adding to the risks
Just one of those things, if they looks better enough to justify your indications being less visable then, same allot of trick bits for bikes, they have dissadvantages
I'd seriously considered adding more, but then it wold take a liiiitle bit more than dinky indicators yo make mine look better
Get some off fleabay, have a try, if you dont like them flog them! ____________________ >RidingSkills<->Tech Tips<->MyBikes<

If the police quiz you, just tell them you either drive a BMW or a taxi, and therefore have no idea how indicators work. ____________________ Space Monkey #7

I changed the OEM's for mini arrow indies on my old CBR4, and they were great looking. And when flashing were f*cking bright, especially when compared top the OEM's! ____________________ 05 ZX10R, (**05 WKR) |

I changed mine simply because the bike instantly lost about a kilo in weight. |
