Coming home from work today I went past a mobile scamera ('safety camera') with a Police bike next to it.
About a mile up the road was a major junction where the traffic lights had failed, there was utter chaos around the junction. Not a copper in sight.
I made my way though the gauntlet to find a traffic Police car a further 2 miles up the road having a chat with someone who they'd pulled.

About 200-300yards past the copper on this straight bit of road the traffic was at standstill, which is very unusual for that road. Filtered about a 1/2mile to find a car blocking 1 of 2 lanes of the A3 underpass (I was coming from a feeder road). It had obviously been in an accident, but no Police to be seen.

A further few miles down the A3 on the opposite carriageway I saw a Hornet rider had been pulled over by yet another traffic car.

It’s always nice to see that the Police have their priorities right. Rolling Eyes

Bad isn't it. My friend lost the back end of his bike and a police car drove past as we were picking his bike up. They both looked at us and drove off. Confused

Maybe they are trying to prevent people from causing yet more accidents? Rolling Eyes Wink

Yes I know they were only doing it for money really. Mr. Green

if i'd been in the same situation i'd have had to have pulled over and politely informed said officers of the situations i'd just passed.

i know they were proberly already aware of the situation but at least i could go on my way knowing i'd let them know they were being tit's.

I was going to pull over and say something but they'd probably just try and find something wrong with my bike or pull me next time they see me.

Good job too. I don't pay their wages for them to assist the clumsy.
