Anyone managed to get cheap insurance on a hornet or are they normally high?

Afraid he doesn't as the laws changed on financial services and to continue would have meant registering with the FSA or risking a large fine.

All the best

damn i hate the FSA, they do my head in. (work in insurance) bring back the GISC. i know that familly members can get quotes for people but the policy holder to be has to accept it.

would it be because he was making money he would be seen as a broker or summit?

such a shame, i was gonna use his services !

Something to do with having to be trained to spot areas where the person he was quoting for was under insured and being able to offer them insurance for those areas as well.

Have a look at this post for a few more details.

All the best

Anyway back on topic, try Honda insurance. I pay £215 for my bike a year. The nearest quote was from Bennetts at £650 so well worth a go.

the best company i have found for me is https://www.ebikeinsurance.co.uk/

they will insure me on an r6 for cheaper than i pay to insure my rs125 with my current insurer and half my current for an rs125.
