Looking to sell my DNA 50 soon so i want to get it into tip-top shape before it goes.

In a morning or when the bikes starts after being left all day and i set off, the bike seems to lose power, whilst setting off and whilst riding. i can hear the revs building then it goes off, then kicks in again, however, after about 10 minutes its fine.

Could this be a problem with the choke? or clutch? or something else? its deffinately not the spark plug.

All advice welcome.

Thanks

Remove the auto choke and unplug it.

Hook it up to a 12v supply and over the space of 2 or 3 minutes the needle should move 3mm I think off the top of my head, can't remember the exact figures without the Piaggio tech manual.

Do you have any aftermarket performance modifications on the bike?

And I *think*, off the top of my head, the choke unit is very expensive ~£70 but I can't be too sure.
