hi.

does anyone know how to completely remove the blockade from honda nsr 125 motorbike?

as far as I know, there are 3 types of blockade there:

- on ignition
- on exhalation (?)
- on carburettor

I'd be glad if you tell me sth more.

thx

so , you've got a french import from 2001 . to de-restrict it :
- either de-restrict the exhaust , see https://125nsr.free.fr/accueil_debridagemecanique_echappement.htm or buy a jollymoto 402 aluminium can or carbon can
- change the RC valves control unit (your's is TV-124) by a UK model TV-78 read the file https://www.geneva-racing.com/~alains/RCvalvesunit.doc
- change CDI unit (your's is CI639) by a UK model CI626 and prior fitting it read https://www.geneva-racing.com/~alains/CDI_UNIT.doc
(i will give you further instructions how to do it)
- upjet as main 138 , slow jet 42 , power jet 65
- fit a NGK BR9EIX or BR10EIX https://www.sparkplugs.co.uk (£6.84 ex VAT)
the electronics can be bought on ebay (40-45 sterling each) if you want them new it cost about £200 for both
the exhaust is around 220-250 .
if you want some more details , send me a pm
