just brought a gilera 50cc dd runner 2000 and need to buy a new exaust system for it. but are having trouble finding one for it, would anyone have any pointers in were to shop.

https://www.scootercenter.com German shop, but fast cheap delivery and it usually works out cheaper than buying from the UK
https://www.scooter-attack.com/ another cheap german site, that is very good and cheaper than the UK.
https://www.chiselspeed.com Leeds based scooter shop, my preference for UK stuff, crap site but if you ring them they will be able to help you out.

https://www.50cc.nl - place in the netherlands that carries most of the better (re: more expensive) brands.

check ebay there are usually some half decent ones on there.
Pm tuning are good too, but watch out on their cheaper exhausts because they rust very quickly if not taken care of and kept painted
