*should* be on your licence i believe. if not. check with the police. they'll tell you either how long. or where to go to find out.

The DVLA will contact you 56 days before you can re-apply for your licence back, make sure you keep them informed of any change of address.

Simple, just phone up the court and ask.

Yep, that's the feller. Ask to speak to "The clerk of the court" , the person whose job it is to scrawl the details of the offence on your counterpart driving licence with a blobby blue biro in such a way as you can't actually read it. Rolling Eyes

I was a bit disappointed really when my points came back like that. I was expecting them to be typed on in an angry looking bold typeface, or at least done in block capitals with a red biro like your teacher did at school.

THIS HOMEWORK IS UNACCEPTABLE, SEE ME AFTER CLASS Type thing.

What was it for? It's almost bound to be six months for minor speeding offences, and 12/ 24/ 36 for something more major like causing death by dangerous driving/ drink driving etc.

16? Doubtful. Thinking

I thought it was 6 months for a speeding offence.

And your ban is up when you get your licence back I presume.

Change address and you get a suitably angry looking typeface printed on in place of the biro scribble Smile
