Black Knights MCC meet at the Turf in Radcliffe on Thursdays.

Scavengers MCC host an open bike meet/rock night at the Butchers Arms, Chorley Old Road in Bolton on a Wednesday.

There is a bunch of sad posers meet at Stockport HD on Saturday lunchtimes, but they will only let you in if you have the right "look" apparently. Rolling Eyes

Rivington Barn on a Sunday is always popular and not a million miles away from Manchester.

Thick as a Brick MCC used to meet on a Wednesday in the Brickmakers, Altrincham, but it wasn't every week and I'm nnot sure if they are still going.

HTH.

Ali, get yourself up to the Cat & Fiddle, you'll love the roads round there, no doubt if you stop off at the actual pub on the A537 (cat and fiddle route) you'll meet a fair few bikers there, speak to them to see where they go too!

See you around mate,

Mike

There's a NABD fundraiser on at the Witchwood, Ashton Under Lyne tomorrow night (13th July).

There'll be a few clubs in attendance, as well as a lot of beer and a couple of bands.

Cheers,

Byrnie.

Stockport Harley Davidson at a guess?

Anyone been in there recently? Last time I went looking for the new buell city x they had no buells in at all. Have they stopped dealing with them?

Think theres also Stalybridge motorcycle club at the pinepple in on tuesday, and some other meet at the rising moon in stalybridge on a wed or thursday.

Shame I just found this thread would of dragged myself down to the dump, sorry witchwood tonight except I've already started on the beers.

I am not in the club myself, but I have just come back from the "Rising moon motorcycle club" which is based at the Rising Moon pub, Matley Lane, Hyde. They seem a good fun bunch of people!

It's not realy in hyde is it?

It's on the rat run from newton to mottram on a nice little country lane. I'd say it's more stalybridge than hyde, or at least newton. I could be wrong though.

Anyway might have to pay a visit sometime when I pass.

Last time I went past the Witchwood it looked like one or two people had the same idea of stoning the place. Laughing Laughing Laughing

Used to live in Ashton, moved to Audenshaw and now in Droylsden. Give it 10 years I'll be in the city centre. Probably sleeping in a cardboard box though. Although after having seen how they've built the flats I think I'd prefer the cardboard box.

I've been a bit busy recently Confused

There's a do on this Sunday at the Guzzling Goose, round the corner from the Witchwood. The Wild Geese MCC are having a party with that lovely little party band, Shitting Bricks, playing some tunes.

The Sunday after (24th July) is the Radcliffe Bike Show, run by the Black Knights MCC at Redbank Field in Radcliffe.

Cheers,

Byrnie.

A group of us meet up generally each Sunday morning on the 'Fir Tree' pub carpark in Reddish, Stockport. There's a good mix of bikes with 2 R6's, Fazer 1000, 2 Fazer 600's, Thundercat, Blade, Busa, Triumph Daytona, VTR 1000 and me on the Blackbird.. If you are up for a safe brisk ride then feel free to join us.... As Dene says, we are going up to the Cat N Fiddle tomorrow as he says there's an MCN bash on there.. (Dene, get running if there isn't LOL)
