Right I have a zxr400L and the thing i have knottiest is that at very low revs in 1st and 2nd gear there is a rattle. Is this anything to worry about or just normal were & tear in Kawasaki’s. I want to know as I have got 3 months warranty left.

Thats the most likely cause anyway, does it change when you manipulate the clutch lever?

If its rattling in gear with the clutch out, its possibly the cam chain.

I noticed the same thing when I was cleaning mine earlier. Once the clutch is pulled in it'll go away, and it doesn't make the same noise once your on the move, so I reckon it is just a rattly clutch.
