Wierd scraping noise?

Ok, when i brake, or decelerate, there is a strange noise from my bike. Its a kymco Hipster 125 (saving for CBR600). The noise honest to god sounds like the exhaust is scraping off the ground. Its like a hollow, tin, scraping sound. Ive got my friends to watch me, and ive inspected the exhaust, centerstand,sidestand, and there are no scrapes, and my mates say nothing appears to move, or touch the ground. Any ideas what it could be?

have you checked that the chain tension is correct?
That wha was causing a wierd sound from my bike.

have ya checked your brake pads see how worn they are? could be so far that they're scraping metal on metal. Check em, doesn't explain why not on decelleration but its an possible idea

Chain rubbin on centre stand if its real loose?

And got a hugger fitted? could be scrapping against the wheel, but probably the wrong type of noise!

Wheel bearing?
My mates car did the same, and made the noise when he decelerates, or pulls in the clutch.
