Nice bike but thats not a 97, it was probably imported in 97 so registered as 97. that paint job is around 95 but it's also a non-uk paint scheme as far as im aware.

Bike looks great though, very similar to my old one, green/white ones are the best Thumbs Up

Won't make a difference with plates. It's a worn clutch basket.

All ZXr's have rattley clutches so make sure there IS a problem with it before replacing stuff!

And it's normally the bearing in the clutch that makes it rattle not the basket.. there is a mod flying around to stop the rattling but I can't remember where it is Embarassed

And what is the difference between the L5 and the L9 apart from the things specified. What will be the difference between the L5 and the L9 in these: speed, power, handling, acceleration and the usual stuff. Is their any major difference between the two.

Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

I heard that the carbs changed at some point, but I think this was at L3 (not 100% though.) I think the only difference is in the colour schemes. I have an L1 which has a slightly different pattern in the same colours, think his one is an L2 - L5. I may be wrong though, Im recalling stuff from (bad) memory Confused

Anyone have any info on this, I am VERY interested. The rest of the bikes great but the clutch sounds rough.

Thanks
