Twisted Evil

As you guys know I've got my bike up for sale due to little tea leafs.

Well, I have it advertised on the Friday Ad, Free Ads, and somewhere else. My wife had a call from a guy who wanted to view the bike tonight at 7, she told him he would be better off talking to me but he was quite pushy so she agreed knowing it would be ok with me and gave him our address to view the bike.

At 5pm tonight I received a call from Avon and Somerset police who asked me if anyone has asked to view the bike (god knows how he knew about the sale). I told him about the guy who called, and he told me that they had received intelligence (coppers and intelligence in the same conversation, Pah!!!) that my bike was being scouted by professional thiefs.

The bastards never turned up at 7pm so I can only guess they scouted the bike whilst all the other residents were out at work during the day.

Ha, I've parked the bike behind the car with a rape alarm rigged from the kickstand to the front tow loop on the car. Can't see it so if they walk off "blingalingalingalinga" woot woot!!

If any of you reading this are the wankers thinking of robbing my bike, I have a backup plan. A recycling bin full of glass bottles ready to get flung at your head, and a wild Mrs that will rabidly bite you from head to toe.

I will not sleep, I will endeavour to get you. I will bring you down baby, bring you down to China Town!!

I've got a night vision Sony Handycam too, so if the nobs turn up, I'll get some head shots for you lot to have a gander at! Booyaa!!!

Christ, after the car got broken into and the bike ignition drilled in the space of 3 days, I've been a right nosey bastard now.

Problem is, some monkey that shares the car park has decided to up the sensitivity on the security light so it's on constantly.

Whole point of a security light is that it goes on when someone is in view of the IR. If it's on constantly you dont bother checking.

Fucking idiot!

Oh I'm ready for the fuckers now.

Just pissed off that not only are you at risk from Nigerian scammers, but also from local thieves looking through the local ads! Cheeky bastards.

Still, I wouldnt want to fuck with my Mrs (not in the usual context of course!!!).....

2am on friday isn't a good time to steal things as there are too many police and passers by.

4-5am is a better time, sunday night is even better as everyone is asleep having and early night ready for work on monday Wink

Problem with Bristol is, the coppers are too busy busting kids with ASBO's drinking cider by the riverside to be bothering with motorbikes being nicked and killing the stupid little fuckers driving them.

The police dude I spoke to even said there was nothing they could do even though they knew my bike was a target. They even knew the names of the guys who were coming round to view the bike although that information is "confidential"....Bollocks, if I knew the names of the twats trying to nick my bike I could easily tell them to do one or kick the living shit out of them!!!

What does my tax go towards???

Fuck me I'm a 23 year old lad with a 3 month old baby and a new wife and I have never contemplated stealing anything in my life apart from a mars bar which I felt a right prick for doing!!!

Vigilante group...whos up for starting one?????

I would suggest parking it in a friends garrage untill you sell it, theres not allot you can do to stop it getting stolen other than hideing it...

You'd be amazed how easyly they get through security EVEN parking a VAN in front of a bike they can get arorund (and the bike in question was a goldwing)

Also all a secruity light will do is make it easyer for them to see what they are doing :/

I know what you mean mate, the last nobs that tried to nick it turned the bike around to use the light to see the ignition better!!

Problem with storage is, I'm quite knew to Bristol so don't really know anyone with a garage etc.

Bit of a bitch eh!

I have good neighbours so hopefully if someone does try and the rape alarm (150db of pure annoying ear bashing sound!) goes off it will alert someone Confused

Hehe!

I was going to borrow my mums Shi-Tzu but I thought, nah.

I've now found a better place for the rape alarm though Smile

Inside the left hand side of the fairing, attatched from the fairing bracket, up to the knob on the side of the speedo, so if they turn the handlebars, again we get "Blingalingalingalingalingalinga" woot woot!!

Needed to find an easier way to attach it, as having it attatched to the car was a pain in the arse when you needed to go down the shops with it, and only having a 5cm gap to unhook the bloody thing!

I don't know how to say this without sounding nasty, but it's probably not the best thing to do, advertise about your bike's security on the internet. I doubt of the members would rob someone elses bike, but you never know who's watching them, ya know?

Yeah but trying to find my bike in the whole of Bristol is less likely than finding a needle in a haystack!!! (I live in Knowle West lol)

I think my tips on how to rig a rape alarm up to your bike is handy for newbie teens out there who can't afford £100+ for an alarm and immobilizer, or god knows how much for Datatag, or even £80 for a Thatcham approved heavy duty chain.

I had one of those Oxford ones which was shite as the key snapped in the lock. Had to take the whole back wheel down the bike place and get them to angle grind it off!
