I am probably going to get the wheels power coated because I am lazy at cleaning. I will let you know what mpg I get out of it when I next fill it up I will measure it all. The bike is fast, I don't know why there are litre sports bikes on the road because they must just fly.

ranger, do you now wish you had got the thundercat instead of the gs500 when you passed your test, or was it good to have the gs500 first and move up once you had some experience ?

I would say, get a less powerful bike for a few months but not a GS500. It will teach you alot and you won't become "lazy".

150mph seems a tad excessive to me but then i have a rs125 i havent taken higher than 85mph.
