theres a friendly bike shop on london road in oadby, just off the A6. havent used them myself but popped in a few times to browse, they can usually source most bikes to your requirements.

Try Arnolds, they have stores in Leicester, Loughborough and Coalville. They are fantastic, I've bought many a bike from them.
