lovely condition! cleaning must be a daily chore to keep it that shiney!
nothing wrong with using it everyday for comuting, as i see it mechanical stuff is better off being used than sitting idle as long as you keep it regularly maintained!

Thanks for the comments - cleaning is a daily routine (even when it's not raining )
HRC res. cover bought off a member of another forum, it was a case of right time, right price. They sometimes crop up on Ebay, but for ridiculous prices. |

Er, never counted how long it takes to clean - usually daily, spend half an hour polishing off flies/brake dust/etc if it's been dry, half an hour to an hour if it's been raining + Saturday morning.
With all this good weather we've been having I decided to clean the inside of the fairing, plus spent an hour or so polishing the front downpipes - trouble is, they're hardly visible once the bike's back together.  Oh well, I know it's clean now, one less thing to worry about. |
