Dam i knew it would happen sooner or later and it has done some one has gone straight smack into the back of my bike while i was waiting at a roundabout the bloody idiot and we where in slow moving traffic aswell i dont know how he didnt see me the fool,

well he has damaged my rear right fairing and complete brake light and undertray aswell i got a quote for £275.10 and he wanted me to ring him so he could pay cash in hand for it saving his no claims bonus well i dont know if hell pay up for it cash but ill ring him tonight and find out if he dont then im getting the insurance company involved, it will get dont one way or other

you're sure it's just lighting and plastic that's broken? Might be worth getting the subframe checked to make sure it's not bent. On a bandit, for example, that would mean a new frame.

na its ok i looked the wheels are straight got em checked out at garage

I don't mean the frame alignment, I mean the subframe.. where the seat etc goes.

I'd hope the garage would have checked that too tho Smile

If you can get cash in hand, I'd take it.

It will probably save you a lot of hassle in the long run as well, and may mean more money in your pocket to use as you please (ie you could get it repaired and have a big wad of cash in ya' pocket.
