Yesterday (Saturday) I picked up my new SV650SK5 in blue Very Happy . Firstly I'm glad I changed my mind and went for the blue one instead of the black.

It's my third bike (See Sig), but the only Brand Spanking New One , I had a bigger grin than a Cheshire Cat Very Happy Laughing Very Happy , when I turned on the ignition and it had 0 miles.

And the noise, Oh My God, it was fantastic. Just sitting there rumbling Shocked Cool Shocked

Unfortunetly I had to go to London for work, so I only got a quick 10 mile ride back home Crying or Very sad , switched to Bandit and went to work.

Today I had to go back in again, but this time took the SV

IT WAS FANTASTIC Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
The only problem and to be honest it is a big problem.....
Only being able to do 5K revs Very Happy

I normally wear earplugs, but today I had to go bare, just so I could hear that great noise (Before I get flamed: I know compared to other bikes it's quite, but compared to my Bandit.. No further comment needed!!)

The handling (again compared to my Bandit) is like silk Embarassed , it just falls into the bends.

Anyway, I love my new bike (just incase you didn't realise)

Should still be quite nice up to 5k, I only take mine above it when I'm having a little fun.

Black is superior though.

Yes it's the SK5 with black frame.

And yes it was 0 miles. I've done about 70 miles so far with no problems (touch wood).
