At last someone on Ebay is selling a complete exhaust system for my Kawasaki EN500!

https://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=4561791607&category=35588&sspagename=WD2V

Unfortunately it is in America, but the guy does ship abroad. Anybody on here have any ideas how much it would cost to ship it over? I have emailed him and am waiting for a reply.

Hmm, assuming the mass is roughly the same as the er5's exhaust system, you're looking at 8-10kg minus the packagin, so perhaps about 12.5kg or thereabouts.

It cost me £33 to send a 12.5kg exhaust package to france, so you're looking at roughly the £100 mark is my guess. Best done through the postal service, not something like fed:ex. They'll charge a fortune for that kind of thing.

But, as I've sort of let it come across......its not going to be cheap.

EN500 's are nice bikes, I was looking at them for a cruiser but they jsut seem to keep their price too well. Sad

make sure he posts it marked "gift" and to put down a LOW value on it, otherwise you'll get stung by customs.

I picked mine up for £1250 but I've seen them go for around £1000!

I think it's just about having a good look around, you'll find one eventually. The reason cruisers hold there value is because they have timeless designs and don't go out of fashion like sportsbikes. For example those Ninja's from the early 1990's with the pink/green paint etc just look old and dated (No offence to anyone who rides one)
