Someone I knew, Ronnie Smith (Performance Bikes magazine tester), has died in a tragic accident. He was hit by a car whilst travelling home on his scooter.

i got a performance bike DVD at home done by them,

they were at catalunya testing all the big race bikes e.g blades ducatis r1's etc etc.

the camera pans across to see a gixer though coming down the straight at about 150mph and about 20 secs later come him on his ped.....he speeds up to the camera pulls a stopie and the guy on the gixer meets him,

he gets off his ped...admires it and shouts "is that fast or what.....i had that bloady gixer on the corners but he just had the edge on power" Laughing
