Sticking brake light

Hey everyone, whenever i put on the rear brake, the light stays on, even after i release the brake again. It only seems to do this with the back brake, not the front.
Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Check the springs? Or the brake light switch? A bit of WD40 around the connectors maybe?

Yeah trying the wd40 approach tomorrow, other than that i guess its a new switch in general. Oh well its under warranty so it doesn't matter too much.

yer happens on my zxr4 a bit a wd40 on the spring on the brake lever and it should be good to go. Thumbs Up

As had already been said. Spray loads of WD40 in and around the switch then wiggle it about some. If it still doesn't work, back the switch off a bit (they are usually screwed in then held in place with a plastic locknut)
