Does anyone know of any good music around the theme of bikes or riding? obviously there's 'bat out of hell' (a bit morbid like) and 'born to be wild'..... anything else, preferably something rock/metal, maybe a bit more modern?

I always think 'underdog' by turin brakes is to do with it cos it mentions the road at the start and the video shows them stranded in the middle of nowhere trying to kick start an old bike...

Then there's 'high and dry' by radiohead....

Please, nothing from the biker boys soundtrack.

Cheers Thumbs Up

Depends what for really. When I used to listen to music and ride, I'd listen to different things depending what type of riding I was doing.

Damn right, can't go wrong with anything Steppenwolf.
Also "Magic carpet ride" is a good one and "Jupiters Child"
I tend to listen to what I feel like when I'm riding.

Propellerheads - Fast hectic Shocked
Billy Idol - Pure cheese on motorways
Velvet Underground - Night time so I drive slower.

For if you are riding along a gorgeous twisty b road on a beautiful summer's day and you come across the caravan brigade in convoy mixed in with ford fiesta driving old gits complete with blanket on back seat, flat cap and pipe.......
