mito piston rings?

hi guys
i rebuilt my supercity last nite and broke the bottom ring. i replaced it but im sure i replaced it with a top ring as thats all i had.
it runs fine.
is this a problem?
r the rings diff sizes?

don't take it as gospel but yes i think they are different, well i'm sure the ones on my Dt125 were, one was thinner than the other but u may find they are the same for yours

i would do but at work all week and away at weekend.
need bike to get to and from work.

As it is so tempremental i would just replace it with a proper bottom ring as you never know what could happen.

If they were meant to be interchangeable then you would be able to put the bottom one in the top gap Wink

Did you just happen to have a spare piston ring lying around ? Shocked
