I'm normally very polite on my bike, but there was one time when I rented a car on holiday, and some twit in a huge van roared up behind me, sat a metre behind my car for 2 miles, while I slowed down more and more to try and get him to overtake or back off. I pulled in to let him past, and he gave me the finger and honked while overtaking, so I got really hacked off and chased him for a couple of miles, honking loudly. Bit silly, but I was quite hacked off.

Also, I got very aggravated by a BMW driver overtaking me at 40 in a 30 zone in an incredibly narrow street and almost wiping me out, so at the next set of lights, I pulled in front of him and then set off at 10 miles an hour for about 100 metres, blocking him from getting past. He flipped, and overtook round the outside of a blind bend, almost getting wiped out by a bus, while honking for 30 seconds.

I'm not proud of getting minor road rage either time, but that's the only two times I've ever lost my calm, and both times the other guy had driven extremely dangerously.

Anyone else done something unacceptably rude? Wink

I flipped off some random bastard for pulling out in front of me, almost causing an accident. I hurriedly passed them and as I looked to see who it was that I was giving the finger, I was confronted by the shocked faces of an elderly couple. I felt horrible for hours. I also routinely clip people's mirrors with mine as I filter through tightly-packed traffic.

what you want is an old battered car with multiple colours on it (have all the old paintwork showing through in patches and when you meet prats like that give umm a dent in their bumper and they cant colour match the mark left on his car to your car colour when he moans to insurance.

You kids seem to get very upset by being overtaken in 30 limits. Do you sit at 70 on the fast lane of the motorway too, because no one should be breaking the speed limit?

Wing mirrors, rear lights.

It's not road rage, it's punitive damage for driving like a cunt.

The old wanker sign gets used every know and again, so does the horn.

Best thing i've done is while on my way home from college a guy cut me up just as we were about to get onto a roundabout. I honked but he thought it was the car next to me.

So we get onto the roundabout i go around and pull up next to him. See he is on the phone so get close knock the top of his roof with my fist, when he looked over i put my fingers in a phone position to my helmet and waved it from side to side like i was taking. He was so shcoked and didn't know what to do, he just threw his phone down and i speeded off.

I had one on on a dual carriageway, I was in right hand lane doing a steady 80ish going past some cars, I looking in my mirrors to see a big BMW tearing up behind me, I though well bollox im going to over take then pull in and im not hammering it for you.
He sat behind me flashing his lights, pissed me rite of, so I lightly tapped the brake lever, just enought to put the light on nothing more, he braked like hell! Twisted Evil , anyhow I overtoke all the cars and pulled in to the left, to which he overtoke and pulled infront of me, then did a full on emergency stop deliberate. what a c*nt. quick tug on the bars, into the right hand lane gave the tw*t the bird and opened the bike up!.

Last september me and a mate were out on the bikes. We came thru a village called Airmyn and the road narrows down to one way. We had right of way, the other woman had to stop to give way. As we approached, this cow in an audi ploughed through at about 50 (in a 30) causing us to swerve, my mate ended up up the kerb, and in the grass. Anyway, red mist came down, i spun bike around and gave chase. Getting next to her, i signaled for her to stop - she just flicked the finger, so i pulled in front forcing her to stop.. my mate pulled up behind, stopping her from backing away.

I lost my rag, starting f'ing and blinding... she told me to shut the fuck up - i told her about my mate being killed by a car driver just like her only 1 week earlier, she replied "i couldnt give to shits about your mate - he probably deserved it". Now my mate left behind a wife and 10yo daughter... so i completely lost my cool, kicked her door (with sidi's) and with my carbon knuckle gloves, took a nice swipe at her wing mirror - taking it clean off! Laughing

We got on our bikes and rode off....

Long story short - the police got involved, came to take my statement, wanted to do me for Criminal Damage, Breach of the Peace, and FALSE IMPRISONMENT! Shocked Laughing Laughing

However, thankfully, when she told the police, she'd lied, saying she had right of way - the copper who came to take my statememt, said he knew she was lying, as he knew the stop it happened at very well, he also knew about my mate dying a week prior to it - he'd been at the scene... so he just said, "you're acting under extreme provocation at a time when your heads not clear - ill put it down as no crime detected" Result = as far as the police are concerned... IT DIDNT HAPPEN!! Middle Finger to the fucking whore in the audi.... Thumbs Up to the police officer!
