Are they worth getting for the ER-5?

bike schools tend to have a metal cage on each side to protect the engine.

you could get those but no point in crash bungs as er5 has no side fairings

You can get engine bars from givi quite cheap, check ebay.

They are not that expensive for an ER-5

looked into getting some for my old ER-5 at one point.
