After being outbid with 12 secs to go on a new can (which i need after binning it) i need to know whether this can will fit on my cbr600 FY model as it was on the 95-96 model

https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=25623&item=7988777668&rd=1

Anyone who knows would have said in your thread from yesturday. Or maybe your thread on cbr-forum.org is a good place to look.

It wouldn't have fitted.

You need a can from another F4 series CBR - 1999 onwards. One from a 'sport' should fit but won't have the little bracket for your centre stand to rest against when retracted.

As Black Knight said in your other thread, no it doesn't *have* to be done.
