I need to get some new tyres for my bike and becuase the wheels are pretty chipped and discoloured i thought it would be nice to get them painted up at the same time, does anyone know anywhere i can get this done in the southern area or alternatively who I can post them to, preferably have some new tyres fitted by the same place.

Depends where you are. There's a place called Plastec near Reading who do good paint jobs. You won't get your tyres done there though. I'd try Ride In Tyres in Reading for that.
