Arse. Confused

Keep in in the yard. F*ck her.

Too many knobheads in the world.

Think I'll buy a f*ck off gun and become a vigilante. Who's with me?

Sorry to hear about that' Some little pricks broke an egg on the seat of one of my bikes. Your damage is just worse bad jealous shite.

If you park in the courtyard maybe you should buy a cover or try to explain to the 'woman in dire need of good oral' that you're bike's getting abuse.
You would need to ensure that it's not a fire/health and safety risk buildings insurance liabilities etc. and that it doesn't foul the courtyard. (Shit and piss every where.)
Take the lady out for a drink, send her flowers or something. Remember she's got the power right now.
Maybe she'll be more pleasant after an orgasm or two.
Charm is the way here I think.

do you have any security for the bike? you could make a mini gun with a temperature and movement sensor on it, park your bike somewhere next to a wall or a corner (walls more than 1 side of the bike) put the mini gun up and let it deal with anyone trying to come within a 1 mile radius of the bike (it mite even deal with the old bag aswell) Twisted Evil

I reckon have a quiet word with the lady who didnt want the bike in the courtyard. If you speak softly and act as if you are asking her permission and explain about the damage, she might magnanimously decide to let you have your bike in the courtyard. If not then fuck her and put it there anyway but it cant hurt to try and talk her round. Lets just hope it wasnt her footprint and that it wont get the same treatment inside the courtyard !

Nah.

Punch her in the tw@t and tell her it's staying in the courtyard or she can pay the next repair bill.

Just a thought.

Guessing you pay your rent and its a communal courtyard so why not use your space in it. Sounds like a right funny B**CH.

Probably not a good idea to make too many waves. However, should you not be allowed to park in the courtyard by the resident association chairperson then as she has been hostile to the bike in the past (blocking it) why not mention this to the police?

Good choice to check the terms of the lease as well. Also if it's a resident association shouldn't there be meetings held where you can have your say?

Just some thoughts Karma
Best of luck sorting out the damage Thumbs Up

Just got a call from the police, they want to arrange a time to come and fingerprint my vehicle. Can't do it immediately, as it's raining. Erm, it's a scooter, so would any fingerprints not be gone by now? Well, I suppose it's nice they take time off from fighting terrorism to come and fingerprint a scooter which has been knocked over...

fingerprinting stuff that's been exposed to moisture is a waste of time.

the moisture dissolves the salts that make up finger prints making them useless.

The police always send print guys anyway, as much to make you fee like they are doing something.

well if the police told you to put it there, you cant disobey them can you ? otherwise you would be wasting police time by tempting vandals again.

much as you'd love to abide by resident womans wishes you cant argue with the police
