my dad thinks he might have been flashed by one of thow's "SAFTEY CAMRAS" (yer right) . but how long dose it take for the letter to come throw the post. or is there anyway he can find out if he has been cort, eg website ect.............

If your dad isn't the registered owner then ages and ages.

42 in a 40... there is somthing wrong with the way these road are being policed. i think camaras in 30... 40.. but on NSL thats stupid......

I hope peopel get so pissed off with shitty cameras placed in pointless locations that a huge uproar happens and scameras get torn down, burnt, destroyed forever.

look at it this way there is a NSL road by me in the middle of no where. it has six camaras on it this means you speed throw and you can lose your liscence on a pice of road about a mile long. its gone to far now as alot of pepole know we just need to start doing somthing about it.

I was told by my bike cop friend (he used to stop me eery night just to see if I was doing anything wrong) said to me i see you're now speeding - and i said what do you mean??

i was doing 50 in a 40 (on a dual carriage way at 12am) and then 40 in a 30 - so he says well you arent exactly goin flat out - but i'll give you a little advice - if you do 36 in a 30 and 46 in a 40 - we can't really do anything because this are accepted tollerances due to inaccuracy in speedo readings - and i was like phew cheers big man - but then the special branch pulled me over and said wheres your L plate and i said I only just got the bike (which was true - a 1988 rg125 gamma) and he said thats not good enough and gave me £60 fine and 3 points - and my bro got a 60 fine for using his phone in his car - and for speeding

im tellin ya theres something seriously wrong with peelers these days, but some are ok - i mean one said when i was outside of court (due to an RTA - a woman crashed into the side of my xr125)

Hi

It does not have to arrive at all. It has to be sent to normally arrive within 14 days. So if they say that they sent it first class on the 13th day then that is acceptable to the courts, even if the postal system ate it.

Prats like that should get all the bans, as for getting done for being 2mph over the limit that is just ridiculous to say the least. I am new to biking and rarely check what speed I am travelling I just go as fast as I can with fear of cars behind me killing me lol I only have a 50.

I agree that coppers should spend more time on more needy people not sat behind a hedge with a camera drinking tea and eating donuts, call that statement stereotypical but it is most probably true
