Fraid I don't know of any, but there are some articles in Ride Mag I remember about setting the preload up to suit your bodyweight. See if I can dig them up for you.

Yeah, i've got them bud. Prob is I don't have the tools to do it (too lazy)

Nah honestly - Im a novice at maintaince - thats why i've got Dodsi coming to change my oil for me!

I'd like to give it a go. - Maybe i'll practice on the FZR shocker and once im confident i'll have a go on my first love.

he has a Dyno and is also a frame straightening specialist

he may not be the ultimate suspension specialist but definitely worth a look and an ask about any other stuff if you are passing
