Hi Everyone. I'm a newbie, and would like a little bit of help with insurance.

Does anyone know of a company that would allow me to insure my car and add a bike to the policy?

Cheers

I phoned Nash, and boy was it expensive! wanted £390 odd for the car (approx the same as I'm now paying) and £160 (almost twice the price quoted elsewhere) for the bike. To have car and bike on the same insurance was so expensive that the guy didn't even both to tell me the price, he just said that is much cheaper to have them separate.

Bloody hell, for your bike and car on the same insurance it would be £550? I've been checking several quotes for when I get my Kawasaki ZX-6R and that's £1,400 third party only. Add an extra £3,000 for third party fire and theft and another two on top of that for comprehensive. Luckily I have plenty more insurers to go.

www.confused.com

Start by insuring the car, then just before the end it asks if you want to insure any other vehicle and it'll add it on for you. Finds the cheapest too! Thumbs Up Smile

Went to confused.com. Entered my details, and the wifes,, at the end no choice for a second vehicle. Crying or Very sad Think this was cos it asks if the wife had her own car. My insurance for both is a bit confusing anyway.

I want me and the wife on the car insurance, and me and the daughter on the bike insurance. Don't think that'll be possible. Sad

Never mind life is full of surprises! Laughing

I'd keep 'em seperate anyway, you don't want to muller the NCB on both in one fell swoop.
