I'm off to Mallory on Tuesday, which i've never ridden at before.
I use to have a track guide(came free in MCN, a cut down version)but can't for the life of me find it.
Anyone here know where i can find one(don't want to buy the whole MCN one, as i'll never go to half of the tracks), or are there any Mallory veterans on here with any pearls of wisdom to share?? ____________________ Space Monkey #7

You need TOCA 2 you do.
(British Touring Car Championship 'simulation' on Playstation. I don't know if there has been one made for the PS2, I imagine so.) ____________________ I must not be a troll...

You are going to love Mallory! Here's what I think of it:
Start position: Kirkby straight, then straight into:
Gerards - this is the best corner in the world IMHO. Twin apex, very long, and rediculously fast. You'll come blasting out of this into:
Stebbe Straight - it's only short, and you'll already be shifting fast after Gerards, quick on the brakes for:
Edwina's - catches me out all too often! (mostly because I'm going too fast)
Lake esses - looks almost straight but this is a great place to get past people who've not taken the best line. Then the killer:
Shaws hairpin - first gear teritory. I never get this right. Rapidly followed by:
Bus Stop - this, coupled with Shaws are the hardest parts of the track for me - getting the right line is essential so practice
Devil's elbow - dodgy camber, but simple left-hander, leading back into Kirkby Straight.
Edwina's, Shaws and the Bus Stop are all the trickiest parts of this circuit, but it's short and quick, so you'll have lots of chance to practice. Check out https://www.mallorypark.co.uk/spectator.htm for a map of the circuit.
Hope that helps.
