Not too bad, I just so happen to like red bandits myself. Wink

Not too keen on the headlight, but thats just my taste. Not sure about the high level can either, but hey, you're happy and thats what matters. Thumbs Up

Enjoy it.

Nice one mate, my mate had one and loved it!

Looks in good condition, keep it that way, keep an eye on the rear subframe welds for the dreaded rust!!

safe riding Wink

Congrats!

I too got a bandit on wednesday of this week, my first bike full stop and i love it! MORE than enough power for my ability, and yet kind enough to look after me in hairy situations.

Think i paid a little more for mine, its a 1998 model with 25,000 miles for £1675, but it is is mint condition Smile

I paid £1870 for a K4 600 faired bandit with 6050 miles on it.

plus it had a load of extras (not shite bolted on crap stuff like engine bars and hugger)

Not a bad deal.

My first bike too and I'm loving it. Had a good buy with mine. Paid a straight grand for a 1997 model with 14,000 on the clock. It's been well looked after by the previous owner and has got a few extras on it... Scottoiler, braided hoses, rear hugger, sports rack, crash bars etc. Since passing my test on Monday (08/08/2005) I've managed to clock up just over 900 miles! (Ahhh, the joy of being self-employed. I underwork and overpay myself)
