TBH, I think the anodised parts look out of place. Don't know why, but they just don't look right and stick out too much, quite in ya face if you know what I mean.

But why you asking us? Its your bike, do what you want with it! Thumbs Up

TBH, the paint scheme is pretty bold as it is, with the specks of purple about the bike they don't seem to "fit" with the general aura of the bike. looks much tidier with out the bolts and bits, they seem to make you look at the individual parts, but without them you get to see the whole bike in its glory! Thumbs Up
at the end day its your bike do what you like with it, though you shall always be labelled a tart! Laughing

I don't think it makes much of a difference - it's obvious that the bike has had work done to it to a particular taste, and the bolts/fittings just emphasise this. At first glance, when I opened the topic, I was playing spot the difference to try and see what was being asked. The bike's been built to your taste - you obviously bought the bolts/fittings for a reason, keep it how it is if you're now happy with the completed work.

I like the purple bits, there is only one part I'm not personally keen on and that is the bit going accross the top of the screen.

I think certain bits are fine with the anodised purply things. Just don't go over the top with it. The screen bolts are a step in the wrong direction but I like the oil cap, the bar end and the lever! Thumbs Up

My mate had a green bandit and he went through a phase were he would remove anything he could and spray it gold before putting it back on. His patio was covered in the outlines of bandit odds and sods in a 'gold overspray effect'!

Agree Thumbs Up, certainly your choice of purple.
Now IMO blue would be more subtle and coordinated if you want to use anodized bits...

...remember to use plenty of coppa-slip to prevent them seizing and really screwing you up thought Thumbs Up

as you know i am also somewhat of a, ahem , tart

the only thing i dislike is the anodised bolts and thats only because they are shit quality as opposed to the looks .

o and ive just invested in : carbon mirrors, mirror polished heelplates with R6 logo, and hopefully a carbon undertray
