JHS Racing are selling their Dyno as it's being replaced. How much is it worth?

Depends on the model, but easily £5k - £10k, then of course you have to have somewhere to put it and very smympathetic neighbours.

I'd say we get a price, ask who wants to take part, ratio the money out, and place it somewhere in the middle of England Thumbs Up

Erm, if you're serious...

You need to find somewhere to house it where people don't care that you'll be redlining bikes a lot in a confinded space.

Then you may well need 3 phase electricity. Really could use someone that knows how to run one.

Now you'll probably want insurance of some kind.
Then there's any maintenance that's needed.

I suspect it'll end up you'll only be able to justify it if you actually have a business that needs one Neutral.

Well, if someone had a lot of money to 'throw' at such a project that they didn't expect back, it could do Wink Razz.

You could just use the dyno at our workshop

Gibson Exhausts - Tel: 01708 372122 (Romford, Essex)

We hire it by the hour, we also can arrange club days with food & drink layed on as well.

Maybe someone could organise a BCF Dyno day?

Hi

I would dearly love a dyno in the garage. Could possibly even arrange for the space within a year or so, but it will make a hell of a lot of noise. OK, the local pub would probably not mind as long as people went there for drinks, but I think the neighbours would, and I cannot see me getting a garage sufficiently soundproofed to cope with the noise.

All the best

Keith

Single phase mate.

Would prefer a Fuchs.
